To Unlock Kenaxis

To find your computer ID and unlock Kenaxis:

  1. Open Kenaxis on your computer.
  2. On the Mac go to the Kenaxis menu and select “About Kenaxis…” On the PC select “About Kenaxis…” from the help menu.
  3. Send the computer id that you see to and I will send you the unlock code.
  4. Once you receive the unlock code, enter it in the spot that says unlock number.
  5. Hit return and the light next to the number should go green.
